Has anyone had the accelerator pedal replaced under the recall for the M35. I did and it seems as thought the new mechanism is much harder to push down and the shift points are different. It seems to shift stronger and earlier than before. I liked the original better and am thinking of having the old one put back in. Anyone have a similar experience

Shifts points maybe different... because an ecu reset was done along with the recall..... just drive in manual mode for a few days.....so the car can relearn hur driving habits.... happpenend to me as well...

ok, I do that quite a bit but will make an effort to do it more often for a while. What about the pedal stiffness - will it lessen
