Accelerator and Jerks....

I bought Nissan Altima 2010 2.5s CVT few months back, everything was perfect and the mileage was 65000Km at that time. Now it is 76000 kms, few weeks back i notice that the acceleration is not responding well and i keep to test and making my self satisfied but after some time i start feeling a small jerk while driving when i press brake. Two days back the car shut off while i was in the road and then start again normally and yesterday while driving it loses acceleration and i push it to the floor and didnt get response and suddenly it starts act normally till now. The thing which scared me is the shut off during driving which is very dangerous in the highways specially in fast lane.

Any urgent help regarding this would be highly appreciated.
