Hey,

I'm new to the NICO forums and generally a noob since I haven't implemented any of my ideas just yet, I have a Midnight Grey 1995 240SX. Thought I might ask a question, as I have not found while searching the forums.

Upon startup, the engine in park idles at 800rpms, and when I have it in drive/reverse, it dips down to the 400rpms range. During normal driving, my acceleration has been decreasing slowly since I got it earlier in January of this year. It is an automatic with 124,xxx miles on it. When I stop at a light abruptly, my rpms dip into the 200-400 range, bounce up to 800, and then the car starts shaking really hard, and if I don't give it a little gas, it sometimes shuts off while at a red light.

As a noob, I really don't know whats wrong with it, all fluids have been changed, and I don't know what's wrong with it. ANY help would be appreciated greatly since I love my 240.

Thank you

I suggest having your timing checked.,

Also check the vacuum lines to the left of the fuel rail (Looking from front to back, it will be top the REAR left of the fuel rail)
