got an issue here...i have a redtop just so yah know...ive got this issue at the moment where when i accel at mid to full throttle around 5k rpms (its almost on the dot) the car will start to bog like its lacking fuel...weve checked the timing its fine...weve check the TPS its fine...the MAFS was a concern though the little air sensor thing in it looks fine...i was thinking the problem might be from the fuel pump (im running stock boost right now with a FMIC and air filter) last time something like this happened my fuel pump was going out...took about 3 months for my walboro 255 high flow to take a ****...replaced it with a low flow...its been running fine up until the last few days...anyone got ne suggestions here??? im planning on putting my stock pump back in tomm morning well see if that cures it...if not opinions are more than welcome =)

When it happens, what does the boost gauge do? Steady, dropping, up and down? Coulud it be a leak? Intercooler coupling, vacuum line - check them all, it is very common to have a leak cause bogging problems. MAF is a good idea, could be that.

my motor usually boosts 10psi from the straight piped exhaust and FMIC...it shoots to 10 psi momnetarily then drops to a flat 7 real quick and doesnt go up at all...usually it holds right at 10psi...im gonna check out the FMIC piping to see if theres a leak ne where...if there isnt gotta start looking for another MAFS
