I have a 1998 Q45 with ~135k miles. My wife filled the car up this morning, then said after turning it back on the SLIP light, TCU light and CEL all came on. Now the car will not accelerate. It will roll down the road at ~25 or 30, but it hesitates when pressing the accelerator and makes some noises (according to her).

She took it to autozone and the codes came up as P0325 and P0100. Any ideas?

P0100 is the mass air flow sensor "MAF" which would cause drivability problems and the check engine lamp to glow.

The p0325 is typical nissan knock sensor problem- not the cause of your current problem or the reason check engine lamp came on, but worth fixing to maximise engine power/fuel mileage.

I read a few things on here about cleaning the MAF, but that was for the 1990-1996 model. Is there a way to clean it or do I just replace the MAF to fix the main problem?

I would check it's electrical connection first... then go from there. The cleaning method should be about the same.

2nd Gen. Qs don't typically have MAF failures, but it's time for them to start hitting 10+ years in service.

Did you just change the oil and access the filter form the top?

Check MAF connector first, battery and alternator next.

MAF failures only occur with air filter change abuse, seldom do they wear out.
