m=bogish but still runningr=coming out of a bogR=good rev

ok when i accelerate from a stop my 240 does this:........650rpm-mmmmmmrrrmmmrrrmm-3500rpm-RRRRmmmRRRRRR...the tps tested good and i replaced the maf. i have no air leaks after the maf. i just dont seem to get a good revvv under a load while im under 3000rpm. it fells kinda bogish. then during a redline, while driving hard it winds all the way but without a good pull....im thinking it could be the fuel pump or plugs.
