It seems that from reading over your posts that you are knowledgeable person but for whatever reason feel the need to answer in belligerent ways occasionally. I don't know why exactly but consider this your warning and maybe you should think about what you type out before you hit enter.

Also, you may want to check the vacuum lines to your power valves. They open at 5000 RPM's to give a little more horsepower. I would suggest removing all of the vacuum lines from the top/front of the engine (remember where they go and their orientation to the engine) and blow them out with compressed air. Sometimes these lines can get clogged and prevent proper operation of the power and swirl valves.

I have been seeing a lot on doing this task and i think it would help. Is there a tutorial on this? Or do you have anymore information on doing this? I just dont want to mess it up.. I really appreciate the help!

There isn't a tutorial or anything of the sort but it's a fairly simple process. Just remove the plastic engine cover so you have better access to the various vacuum lines. Just remove one vacuum line at a time and blow compressed air through it to ensure it's not blocked. Now put that vacuum line back on the engine in the original orientation and then pull off a second hose and do it all over again. As long as you put the hoses back on the same parts you will be fine. Some of the hoses will be a little stuck, but it's easier to remove them if you try twisting the end of the hose a little until it becomes free and then it should be easy to pull off.
