Acceleration Issue "Q50 RS400"

In 2014, the G37 Sedan became Infiniti Q50. G37 Coupe and Convertible became Infiniti Q60 under Infiniti's new naming structure - Here's the place to discuss the Q50 and Q60!

Okay so I picked up my car on December 26th brand new with 15 miles on it. Since I picked it up, when in sport+ mode, when i press the pedal just a little bit, it would instantly accelerate. All of a sudden yesterday I started it up for work, and now when i press the pedal a little theres like a 1 second dealy before the rpm's jump up which happened out of no-where. Does anyone know why out of nowhere it is doing that?

Thanks

It's under warranty. Take it to the dealer and let them deal with it.

Exactly, take it to the dealer, why have people guess on a forum? I have 2500 miles on my Q50 RS400, no such problem, and I live in sport+ mode.

See your dealer, best of luck.......

PS - Congrats, they are great cars, Stillen finally has their stage 2 catback available, pre-ordering mine tomorrow.

Trans maybe. Isn't the red sport trans on the brink of getting pushed to it's limit? Does the car come with the sport, eco and standard mode switch on it?

The Red Sport also has Sport+, which looses up the stability nannies. I'm actually finding Sport mode more useful, less wheel spin, more go......
