Ballancing wheels, suspension, wheel bearing , uneven tire wear or even motor /transmission mounth can do it just to name a few. Is it feels like at the wheel? Try to lift it up and spin the tire move the wheel side to side to see if it got any play. Inspect the tires check if you have lost a ballancing weight maybe.

If it did not do it before my money is on the ballancing of the tires so I would check that first to see if the ballancing weight are on. If you have not ballanced the tires you should take it in and get it done.

if its just when you stomp on the gas even with the vdc on it might be the tire breaking loose depending on the road surface and while really going for it any pothole or bumps can cause the wheels to break traction but if its just a constant vibration i put my money on the wheel weights

I've had the traction issue before. Almost feels like what I'd think tire wrinkling would feel like. Slip, grip, slip, grip. Not really a great feeling. I like full traction loss

Are you driving on paved roads or over a glacier?

I couldn't help but smile when I read this... wouldn't you expect that under hard acceleration?

But just like I was just telling my little sister, don't drive your car hard if you not in tune with what is "normal" for your car.

please drive your new car and get used to it before you drive it hard.

+1 get your wheels and motor mounts checked.
