I bought a NSPORT turbo kit through Accelerated Concepts in October but haven't received it yet. I'm trying to get a hold of them to find out what is up with the kit. Thye do not respond to my emails and today I tried to phone there but the number is disconnected. I feel as if I've been taken for a ride. The old number is posted on their website 1-850-651-4889. Does anyone know their new phone number?

Do not buy anything from ACCELERATED CONCEPTS. Ben Reese, proprieter of the afore mentioned store, will only take your money and in return will change his phone number and not respond to any emails.I purchased an NSPORT turbo kit through ACCELERATED CONCEPTS in October. Nsport had some back order issues so it was going to take longer then expected. I've tried to email Ben asking when the kit will be ready but after the first couple he did not respond. So I resorted to phoning him which I thought wasn't a big deal. He always sounded sincere but would never give me any details about the reasons for the delay of the kit. I tried to phone him a couple of days ago but it seems that his phone has been disconnected. I couldn't believe it! Why would any honest, self-respecting businessman disconnect his phone and not leave a forwarding number. This seems more than just a little suspicious and more like out right fraudulent.I have been in contact with Nsport to try and figure out what has happened but we have not come to a conclusion as of yet. Nsport has not been able to contact Ben concerning this matter. We do know that he placed an order but whether it is mine or not is still unclear. There is still a balance owing on the kit but how much I don't know yet. Please tell everyone you know not to deal with Ben Reese or Accelerated CONcepts. If anyone can vouch for Ben, then please stand up and lets hear it.If anyone has any North-Western Florida connections (Hells Angel types) please let me know. I plan to get my $3995 out of him one way or another. Thanks for taking time to read my rant.

Did you pay with a credit card? If you did, then you have 60 days from the date of the CC bill to contest the charge. Since it was in October you should have enough time for your CC company to recieve the letter. Email me if you need a form letter to use.

Wish I did pay with CC. He told me that he gets charged extra for using CC, I do not remember the reason for this. I paid with money order and that is long gone.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting for a response. I have yet to phone the police but have every intention of doing so.

sorry, but that's just shady as hell right there. if they don't accept credit cards then they're not an established company for the most part.

and did you do a bank money order, or postal? if it was a postal report the fraud and he's going to have the govt on his back.

I work in credit card processing, and its not that he gets charged extra for using CC's, its that he receives less of the money due to fees being taken off (discount rate, transaction fee and the like.) However, if he has a CC machine, it is wise for him to use it occasionally as he does have a monthly minimum most likely. If he doesn't, then it benefits him not to. I'm just trying to put this in perspective. Sorry for what happened though.

If he is in the military as EFB woudl suggest, he ahs absolutely no leeway for even an apearance of crookedness.

If you find his chain of caommand the problem will be quickly resolved I am sure.

I would suggest you file a complaint with the FTC. https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.star ... _CODE=PU01

If you bought the kit online, https://www.econsumer.gov/pls/econsumer ... lang_seq=1

It wouldnt hurt.

I've finally talked to Alex from Nsport and this is what he had to tell me. First off, he had know idea who I was. He said whatever concerns I had they were between Ben and myself. Lame.Ben placed an order but it did not have a forwarding address or a name for who it was being built for. He did put down half of the money, which gives me a little bit of hope. After Nsport had gotten all of their back-order s*it together the kit was sitting on the shelf for two weeks. They tried contacting Ben but were unsuccessful. So they sold the kit to someone else. Nice. I can't believe that my kit was actually finished sitting on a shelf and they decide to sell it to someone else, that's more gay than three men in a bed.Alex from Nsport has delt with Ben a great deal in the past. He has sold more kits for him than anyone else, and Alex assures me that this is completely out of the ordinary for Ben.Nsport is not going to build me a kit or do anything for me. They say this is between myself and Ben. So until I'm able to get a hold of Ben I'm SOL. It appears that he has fallen of the face of the earth.

No offense, but what do you expect N-Sport to do about this issue? I know that you are out a lot of money and I would be pissed as well. Your business transaction was between you and Accelerated Concepts. At least they tried to contact Ben on behalf of you and I am sure the next time he places an order with them, they will ask some pointed questions about your issue. Have you filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC? I would also ask N-Sport to stop doing business with Ben until this issue is resolved to your liking.

Well, I think things maybe starting to come around. Ben from Accelerated Concepts has been in contact with me quite frequently and is assuring me that my turbo kit will be built and delivered as soon as possible. He did not fall off the face of the earth as reported earlier but had some personal matters to deal with that took precident over business. I'm quite confident that he will pull through and deliver the goods. Till then, I'm still waiting.............
