Accelaration problems!

My battery died and i push started my 240 and now it wont rev passed 2000 rpm. i normally dont push start cars but it was an emergency and i had to try something and now it idles ruff and wont rev past 2000. any help

check your ECU on the passanger side behind the kick panel.

Oh thanks but do i check the codes or what and how if i do

milk her down to an autozone or checker and have the guy test the altinator for you..and or your codes on the ecu..get back to us and will try to narrow it down for ya.

No i didnt find out yet whats wrong, have not had time due to school but i think i will buy a new set of plugs and wires and check my vacuum lines before i take it down just to save on the hassle. thanks for the link ill try this stuff today
