Accel 300 Race Wires

Are these (http://store.wpsracing.com/ac300plusrac.html) spark plug wires any good (Better than OEM)? Will they give me any performance, throttle response, or small increase in acceleration over OEM?

Also what about the Accel high performance cap and rotor that usually comes in tan from AutoZone, is that better than OEM also?

I haven't had any problems with mine... it's hard to tell if you really gain anything, but I sure didn't lose any power... I got mine off ebay though, $42 shipped.
