ACC relay clicks, car wont start.

This just happened tonight, the ACC relay just clicks and the car wont turn over, it randomly lets me start it every once in a while. Is it a bad relay ? Its the one on the driver side of the car near the air filter.

test your relays by the intake, you dont really have to use a 12v source, a 9v rectangle battery shoudl do the job

but thta doesn't seem to explain why your car is starting

Is it a manual trans or automatic? It could be the starter. Next time it does it , have someone hold the key in the start position and you go hit the starter. if the jolt on the starter makes it crank then the starter is no good.
