Likely not as I'm under the impression the tow hooks are different for FWD/RWD.

I researched this awhile back. Somewhere through searching I found that the thread size and depth is the same for ours cars as for g37/370z for the front at least. I dont know how you would do the rear but the front I know would work if you wanted a big tow hook sticking out of your front bumper where the little bumper cover is now. To each his own and if you do some googling you will find some threads a few different places. I believe nissan had a few different sizes for different years. Also the GT-R front tow hook would be the correct size.
