AC taking out Alternator/Crankshaft Vibration

I have a 97 Sentra GXE with over 160K miles. With two issues.

First:When ever I turn on the AC within seconds both the Batt and Brake lights kick on.

Alternator was pulled and checked at Autozone as being good. While I had the alternator out I replaced both belts as the old ones were looking bad.

I suspect one of the following:

Bad CompressorBad Compressor ClutchLow Charge in Compressor

Second:The large pully on the crankshaft which powers the alternator and compressor has an audible rattle to it. If you watch it you can see it vibrate. It did not do this before I changed the belts (at least I don't think it did)

Is this related in any way to my first problem or is this something else?
