AC/ radio control failure

OK, so I have read that there is a TSB out on this control board that seemes to be a problem. Is there anyone here that has the part number for this controller and maybe a TSB number so that when I go and order this part I don't sound like a complete idiot? Also, what seems to be the going price? Any luck on ebay finding this? Thanks in advance for anyones help.

Hey there, What exactly is happening with your audio controls there are two key parts that sometimes fail. The TSB is for a very small amount of 03s (which I see you have) however the bulletin is very specific about the failure. In my personal experience with this issue the printed circuit board (~$700) and/or audio unit failure (<$2,000). Just replacing the circuit board will not usually fix this as both components are typically needed.

Check out some of these sites there are places that can fix them and you may be able to buy a used radio and circuit boards.
