I've looked around but I can't find all my answers. So I'm gonna retrofit my z it doesn't really blow cold at all so I'm just gonna go on and retrofit it. I'm pretty sure there's no r12 on it but I don't know how to get the compressor oil out. I have the receiver drier fittings and everything. I just need to know about the compressor. And does anybody know how to evacuate the system without a vaccum pump?

There is a way, but it doesn't do that great of a job. Just go through, change all the o rings, then take it to a shop, have them flush and evacuate the system. Have them add 134-a, enjoy the cold air.

You can rent a vacuum pump from autozone, but you do need the manifold gauges so you can evacuate the system properly. A shop will probably only charge 100-170 to flush evacuate and charge.
