i was wondering of y'all that have 2011 rogues, how do you rate the AC? The Pontiac i was driving, before getting the rogue a couple of months ago, would absolutely freeze you out. The Rogue doesn't get that cold. It does reasonably well but in Atlanta in August i'm worried it wont be able to preform like i need it to...

I have a 2011.

It has the worst AC and worst heater I have ever seen.

- During Summer, the only way to get a reasonable "cool air" is if you keep it at "MAX AC" and run it for 10-15 minutes.

- During Winter, if you activate the circulation mode (and stop getting cold air from outside) and run it for at least 10 minutes, then you get some warm air. Of course the wind shield becomes foggy and you have to switch to Window mode, which automatically deactivates the circulation mode...

My Rogue is a Canadian Rogue and I believe they adjust the coolant mixture to survive Canadian Winters. That is why it is not too hot. I can understand it (although noone explains why a Canadian Ford or other brand is not like this). But the AC is useless and have no explanation.

I really hate the HVAC system of my car...

I have a 2012 and the A/C is a bit weak in high humidity weather. It usually takes 10-15 minutes on high with re-circulate on to cool off. If I don't turn on re-circulate it pretty much never cools off enough.

I live in PA so most of the time it's fine, when we get days with high humidity and temps over 85deg the a/c does struggle to keep the car cool.
