Well all the ac vents that face the driver blow cold air and i have nothing to complain about. But when my gf gets in the passanger seat all she does is complain bc the passanger vents don't seem to blow cold air to well. Today i cleaned the temp sensor in the car. After that i went to clean the evaporator. What i found was disguisting, Their was so much crap, it looked like mud had hardened onto everything. The actual evaporator was not covered but all the pipes were. I did my best trying to clean eveything out but it was hard since I only had a 5 inch rectangle to try and get the guck out of. After all that work the ac on the passanger side didnt seem to blow any better. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

Presume you have the vent's cutoff set to open ? Maybe a nest of mice?

Yeah i even took the passanger vents off. I stuck my hand in the opening and it was just a light breeze. Its weird that one side is stronger than the other,Did not think it was possible

Could this be a symptom of a borken mixer door? Doesn't seem like it would affect airflow side to side.
