ac problem

I have 96 maxima and had the system charged and checked for leaks and everything was fine no leaks and it blew cold air until i stopped and it sat in a parking lot for 30 minutes. When i got back in and started ac it would not get cold, then the next morning left turned ac on and it blew cold. But whenever it sits in the sun or you stop and turn the car off and it is hot outside it will not blow cold. If it stays in the shade or at night it will blow cold air so much so that it freezes you and it has to be turned down or off. Thanks for any help its hot out there.

The FSM says you have to give the AC 10 minutes to work afterac is started. This is one of the steps to follow when youwork on the AC
