ac problem

I just bought a 1990 240sx. I was looking around and found that the condenser fan motor wires have been cut. The motor does not work because i hooked it directly to the battery. There are three sets of wires. One set of wires are coming out of the back of the fan. One set comes from the thermo switch. Another set comes from the power source. I know it is getting power because i tested it and it has current. I have a Chiltons manual but it doesnt really cover the condenser fan that well. It only has the electrical diagrams which helped but I still dont know what to hook up to what. The car itself runs fine but Id like to get the ac fixed.Im not sure what to do.Can anyone help?

Well, if you know the fan motor doesn't work as you say, then the first step is replacing the fan motor. Then, worry about the wiring.
