Ac Pipe leaking?

Guys I just noticed today while looking under the hood of my 2013 NIssan Rogue FWD that the low side ac pipe had what looked to be some kind of build up near the fill valve. Upon further inspection and opening the valve cover "black plastic" I heard a quick leaking sound sound like air escaping. I think the schrader valve on the low side is probably leaking, probably has a slow leak and that's why the build up around it as well. My Rogue only has 14000 kms on it and I will bring this to the attention of the stealership.

Does anyone know if this will be covered under warranty? I have only had the car less than 10 months and didn't really get to used the ac because it was close to fall when I bought it . I do have the extended warranty that covers everything upto 5yrs/100 000 kms. It was part of a promotion Nissan had when I bought my car where you could choose between extended warranty coverage, gas discount card, or first two payments if you were financing.

I'm gona call the stealership tomorrow, hopefully they won't try to pin any charges on me. I hate my stealership's service dept. They try to brush everything off, let's see how this one goes.
