AC only coming out of defroster vents

Hello again. I have my 300zx working again after I got a fuel rail adapter and my cas timed. Anyway. So I have a 94 NA. The only vents that work is the defroster for both heat and cold. On the climate control I have it on door vents and the middle vents over the radio selected on the cc but it all comes out of the defroster, even when I don't have it selected. So does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
