My AC is not wanting to come on in my 1989 300zx. I put a new radio in and thought I messed up the wiring. But the radio and AC wiring are different and no cuts are in the AC wiring. The console unit is also not displaying any numbers, including the clock display.

I changed out console units but that wasn't the problem, I then changed out the blower motor, but still no success.

I checked refrigerant level and it said to "see instructions" which meant their was a problem in activating the Compressor. BUT after I put the new blower on it moved to "no refrigerant needed" but still no display or air coming out.

No one's has responded to me on other forums so I hope someone reaches out and gives me a hand.

Welcome aboard!

Ugh, AC issues are not my forte, but I'll see if I can get someone sharper than me in here to help.

Let's start with obvious stuff like fuses, and is there any possibility a ground wire may have been inadvertently disconnected during the console swap?

Is the issue you are not getting any air through the vents whatsoever, or is your compressor not kicking on?
