damm freakin ac.... grr.. damm it i should of went rb.....

im almost there now that im makeing everything all snug and nice the freaking a/c line is less then 1/2inch form my downpipe!

so can i move it or reroute it some where else i dont want it to melt or lead to bigger problems.. ill get a pic tomorrow of the damm lines... just one freaking thing after then next.. i just want some boost is that to hard to ask for?

no im a lazy america and i need my comforts of a/c plus i had a old car wid no a/c in the summer... it wasnt very fun....

AC rocks...I totally agree. If its not a track car, then keep the AC. Can you not bend the AC line out of the way. Or heat wrap it?

na its pretty tight, just the way i ususally like it lol..

but seriously this realls stiff and hard to move. will wraping it really help with heat?

Yeah, mine blew up about a week ago when my DP burned a whole in it. Some NAPA or CarQuest locations can custom make you a host, so that you can lengthen it. Be sure to charge the system based on pressures, in order to get it right.

Where the junction is behind the head you can tweak it down a little and put heat wrap on that and your dp and it should be fine. I did that to mine and have been running it like that for about a year with no a/c problems.

Yeah, I know now! But seriously, I had my DP ceramic coated, because I was told that it would be a good enough insulator that I could touch it after boosting. The burn I received told a different story. I may change the line later, but now I have to change the accumulator, so this will be an expensive job that will probably wait until I am in the desert (if I make it there...).
