AC Leak in Front Passenger Side, Inside Cabin Under Dash

I have a 2008 Altima Hybrid. There's a leak in the front passenger side, front seat under the dash. If the passenger is sitting there, it would drip on their outside left ankle to help you with the orientation of the picture. You can see a water drop about to drip next to the bolt. I also installed a hose clamp but it is leaking before it even gets tot he clamp.

It's now summer and I've been using the AC more.

Any ideas for a fix? Drain hose is not clogged. Is it supposed to accumulate that much water there?
