Ac help.

Ok well i own a 93 stock twin cam. well a couple of weeks ago i was driving and my car died. out of nowhere. it would start back up and turn back off.. so i disconnected the battery and let it sit for a couple of mins and the car turned back on and has not giving me any problems but since them my ac dont work. My lights ac wont turn on. i checked all the fuses and the relays and everything seems to be ok. but one wierd thing is when i was the checking the relay i was checking to see if they were getting power well. when i hooked up the multimeter to check the ac compressor turned on. im kinda lost. idk if im loosing a ground somewere. Anyone ever have the same problem or any advise on what i can do
