AC/Heater & stereo not working '06 M45

I replaced the battery on my '06 M45 and accidentally crossed the terminals. The main fuse assembly blew. I replaced that fuse linkage (connects to the main battery post) and put in the new battery. Since then, the radio will not play (shows on the dash screen) and the ac/heater will not work. Is there a main fuse that may have blown in addition to the fuse linkage? Any help would be appreciated. Also having an issue with my moonroof only opening a couple inches each time the button is pressed. Then I have to let off and push it again. It takes about 4 times before it opens completely. The same issue when closing it. The car has a rebuilt title so the warranty has been voided. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Yeah you probably have blown another fuse somewhere should probably be in the Infiniti section though since not many Nissan techs mess with this car or see it. The sunroof issue is more likely you need to reset the motor. Different Applications call for different ways to do so.
