So, the AC/Heater panel worked fine when I got the car. The only issue I had was the AC fuse would fry whenever I tried to turn on the AC. Now however the whole panel doesn't do anything. It lights up when I turn the lights on but now I can't use the heater, defroster, or even ambient temp. Is there a fuse somewhere I can check for this? I never really touched it once the summer died down but the windows fogging while driving is becoming a bit of an issue.

The only thing I can think of that happened is that my alternator did crap out on me. When it did it was messing up my HICAS. Once I replaced the alternator the HICAS went back to normal.
