13 Altima 2.5 SL
For a while now I've been wondering if my HVAC and cooling system function normal. On the hottest days I've never seen my cooling fan (driver side) run unless the AC was turned on or I disconnect temp sensor then both run on high as default. The car runs warm and has an odor of coolant under hood but temp. gauge always normal and no fluid loss. In the Texas summer the Ac blows warm at times of high outdoor temps (100+) but I'll address that later(maybe compressor). So today when it was 48 degrees out I had the heat set to 90 (non recirculating) and wasn't scalding hot. I pop the hood and both fans are on and so is Ac compressor. Heat was set at floor not defrost. I'm taking it in to my mechanic next week but was curious what normal was and if this isn't. Something seems odd.

FYI, the low beam projectors stink and a TYC assembly fixed it. The factory lens' were like looking through wax paper (bad coating!).
