Hi Im putting a CA18det in to my 240sx and I would like to have the AC, I was trying to fit the ka24e Compressor with the bracket but looks like the bracket is not going to fit.
Is there any other option for a bracket from another nissan engine that can fit the CA18det ???

I think the RWD CA18DE(T) A/C bracket is the only one that will work. There is also an issue with the pump itself as it doesn't mount the same way as the KA pumps.

I think its on here some where, but the ka24E does work. Thats what i used originally and thats what Im using now that Im putting a/c back on the car.

Only 3 of the 4 ribs on the a/c belt match up though. Normally, for me atleast, the forth gets burnt off. If I remember correctly its the ka24E bracket also, but only 3 bolts line up.

I thought it was the KA24e pump would work, but not the bracket.

I looked back at the car and I think float is right. Pump, not bracket.

IIRC, if you use a KA-E pump, All of the LHD S13 lines bolt up, but it's been a long time since I researched that stuff, so I could be wrong.
