AC fan problem

I have a 2014 Rogue with 95,000 miles.
The AC fan works intermittently.
I'll set the temp at 60 and fan speed at high, hear the compressor click on, but no fan.
I play with the settings and after 3 minutes the fan will come on, blow cool air, but at mid speed, not high.
Any ideas?
