AC Condenser Fan does not spin.

Just as the title says guys. I have a 96 180sx. My AC works, its just that my condenser fan dont spin...at all. Ive checked the fuse box inside the car but they are all good. I dont know which relay to test under the hood i also tried tapping the motor to see if i cud free it up while the car was on still didnt work. You guys got any suggestions for trouble shooting?
