How much oil should I put in new compressor?

Typically you put the same amount in that you drain from the old compressor. Are you replacing the dryer also?

I would add about 2 oz. to the compressor and about 1 oz. to the dryer.Glad to see that you are replacing the dryer also. Lots of people skip that.
Are you converting it to R134?
