AC cold when cold outside/ hot when hot outside- help

Hi... I have a 1992 Q45 the AC gets cold when its cold outside and hot when its hot outside. what could be the problem with it ??? Any suggestions? Thanks :

the AC probably doesnt work.....

I woudl take it to an AC shop and see what they have to say.

sounds like you are out of freon. have someone with guages check the pressures.
