SO being as that I'm in SoCal things get hot here and the traffic is to thick to get any speed up for wind chill I need my AC. It's never worked right and pops the 10 amp fuse as soon as it's turned on. I've recently tried another set of dash controls with the same issue. I'm pretty sure the compressor must be bad or something so here is the question:

Since R32 GT-R AC Compressors are so hard to find that work, there is a guy offering me a R33 compressor. He claims it's a direct drop in but I'd like some confirmation from someone who knows how isn't trying to sell me something....However if you have a R32 Compressor that works, hit me up.

Also I ran the codes from the AC display and I got:

5, don't know what it means
41, don't know what it means
3 Don't know what it means
23. Water Temp Sensor, which is weird because my water temp on my dash reads just fine???

Here you go, this is what going on Sunday.
The Petersen Automotive Museum has partnered with Super Street and The Enthusiast Network for this year’s Japanese Cruise-In & Tech Day Car Meet, set to take place on Sunday April 3rd from 8am to Noon.

Last year’s Japanese car cruise-in was a rousing success with attendance of over 500 cars ranging from modified modern Subarus to classic Japanese iron like the legendary “Hakosuka” Skyline GT-R from the 1970s. The event brought out nearly 1000 people who came together to celebrate all things Japanese with a spirit of camaraderie that made it a truly special occasion for all involved.

Awards will be given out for Best-In-Show, People’s Choice and “Petersen Perfection” for the most historically significant car of the show.

I got a similar problem. Mine will blow cold for a few seconds then, blow the fuse. There was a forum on skylineownersusa that had the diagnostic codes but I think their website is kaput.

But, even better...

If abnormal the failed sensor number is displayed. The sensor numbers are as follows:

20 - all is normal
21 - outside air sensor
22 - Inside air sensor
23 - Water temperature sensor
24 - Intake temperature sensor
25 - Sunload sensor (small sensor on the left hand side of the dashboard near the windscreen)
26 - PBR
27 - Refrigerant temperature sensor

This should tell you if any of your sensors are faulty.
Mode door position check
(This is probably not the cause of your problems but it is a nifty self check to play with). While in Sensor check, depress the HOT button again. This will operate the the mode door actuator, and checks the whether the position detection switch is operating. Again the results are displayed on the display.

If normal, a "30" is displayed.

If abnormal the number of the faulty mode is displayed as follows:

30: Normal
31: VENT
32: B/L (Bi level)
34: FOOT
35: DEFROST/FOOT
36: DEFROST

Actuator operation check
By pressing the HOT button while in Mode Door Position check, you can actually send a signal to check the operation of the actuator manually. This is a bit complex, and will be expanded upon when a manual can viewed.
Sensor recognition check
Press the HOT switch again and a "5" will be indicated in the display section. If you press the "AMB" button (R32) or the windscreen defroster button (R33) in this status, the display will show the temperature sensed by each sensor. This will give you an indication also of which (if any) are faulty.

Temperatures will be displayed in the following order (R32):

5 -> Outside air temp -> Inside air temp -> Suction temp -> Refrigerant temp
