question... I need to get behind all those boxes behind the glovebox on the passenger side of the car. unfortunatly It appears that black AC box doesnt want to remove itself... I have all the visable screws removed and Im pulling and prying on the box carefull not to break anything. the box appears to be directly connected to the piping going thru the firewall for some reason, under the box you can see a small port/seal off the back that covers the pipeing as it travels to the engine bay. and thats the part that wont budge. Im just curious what the trick is to remove this stuff, I cant see another way to get behind it all...

Also I know that big yellow wire is the air bag etc.. are their any areas under the dash on the passenger side that are "not to be tampered with" mainly im concered that if i disconnect the wrong wire my airbag will blow or something... How do you safely disconnect the passenger aigbag? Ive been wanting to disconnect it anyway

Thanks! Im really trying to finnish this all up by Sat night (soon i know) but I plan on racing Sunday at a local track.

Probably your heater core should be some coolant lines running into it 240's are not fun to do this with usualy have to pull the majority of the dash out.

^ yeah it's either the heater core or the AC hoses themselves. They're both in the same region. Are you sure it's the last box before the firewall?
