AC blower malfunctioning

Hello,
I have searched the site and could not find an answer to my question. If it's here and I missed it; apologies. My AC blower is not working like it should. I turn on the AC and I can here the compressor click on but the blower doesn't work unless I give the dash a tap or two. Any ideas where/what to start troubleshooting?
By the way, this was my first post and this site is great! I've already learned a ton.

Maybe the blower relay is loose, or on it's way out?
I'd start there.
