AC blower does not...blow

Hi there!!

I am having problems with the AC blower (93 OEM AC)

It wont blow at any fan position.I have done the procedures pictured in the FSM for testing the AC fan and AC fan control and they are ok.Even, removed the motor and supplied 12 directly and motor spins.

Seems like I am not receiving power well before the AC or not enough power to the fan connector.

Where do I check this?Is there a main relay or something like that so I can bypass it.Open to sugestions!!I need my AC.
