AC Amplifier help ?

Does anyone know the symptoms of a failing AC Amplifier ? My 07 Murano fan will not run if the outside temp is under 60Deg. F. And it takes several minutes to run if it is over 75Deg.F. I have used The self-diagnosis system to diagnoses sensors and door motors all check fine, during the blower motor test no voltage is going to the blower motor. Is a replacement AC Amp. needed ?

Might be like a G35 and the radio is the root cause....
