Abuse of power by FBI

While the Bush tenure advanced the destruction of civil liberties to new levels, there is no reason to suspect that those abusive powers the FBI exercised under Bush are any more limited in their scope under Obama. After all, Obama has had his minions vigorously defend every bit of power that was seized by the previous administration. And refuses to prosecute anyone.

Ah, the many problems with changing longstanding policies in the midst of a national crisis. Two little airplanes (two and a half, if you count the PA cornfields), and suddenly we go, "What Fifth Amendment?"

Things like this make me want to sign on with the ACLU and sue the asses off whatever Administration is in power.

People keep telling me if I do no wrong then I should not care so I find it rather tiresome to ponder anymore.
