Do the lights come on immediately you turn on the car or after driving for a few miles? Are you driving on tires with close to the OEM diameter?
Also, I recall seeing a thread around and the culprit being a speed sensor as you hinted. Y34s don't typically have ABS module issues, but sensors can go bad on any 13 year old car. Guesswork could g3t expensive though.

No idea where you are located, but is there another Infiniti dealership close by where you could cross-shop? How about Nissan dealers? I assume they have the basic functionality on their consult tool that will read ABS codes.
I would pay the $80, or talk them down to a half hour rate if all it takes is plugging that thing and printing something out.

There are apps out there that do obd2 diagnostics. They could cost around 30 bucks after all is said and done, but I don't know if they can read ABS info.

Autozone or advance auto parts is where I have taken cars in the past. The Advance near me does free engine diagnostics if I stop by the store. Given, some problems they can't figure out but if there is one near you may be worth a try :) hope this helps a bit :/

Ya I'm assuming that it's a sensor too but not 100 % sure AutoZone only does check engine lights I think I'm gonna buy the autel auto link al619 abs diagnosis tool. Can't stomach the 80 bucks for a quick plug in at the dealer . Also got a check engine light reads evap problem gonna try the fuel cap trick then clear that to see if it works just reached a 100k trying to distinguish to keep my baby or not bought it brand new just dumped 400 on rear brakes rotors and calipers ahhh. Thanks for responding and the helpful tips

Hey kp1 I have the auto link al619, it is a great scanner but it wont read abs codes on the 03 M45, it says no communications with the module, it will however read Air bag.

Mine does not have any abs problem, nor air bag thank goodness, I have that scanner from prior to my purchase of the M45. I however did try to read abs codes but the scanner says no communication with the module when I try to read it. I tried reading air bag codes just to see if it will, it tells me there are no stored codes, which is what I expected.

I am saying I don't think this scanner will work for the abs codes
