I was thinking of getting a mastercilinder of of a 300zx tt and the brakes front and rear and eliminating the abs system. Has anyone done this and if so was it a good or bad idea I plan on making this a track/street car.

For the street especially in rain and cold weather ABS is a good thing!Just make a disable switch for the track.

I actually was hopping to clean up the engine bay some so it isn't so cluttered I don't think abs would make that great of a difference but I could be wrong My daily driver right now is a 90 lincoln towncar and the abs system in that only works half of the time lol dam fords!

Why not also get rid of the airbags, seatbelts, energy absorbing bumpers, steel side beams, crumple zones, replace disc brakes with drums, and remove any other safety features.....it`s just your life and your passengers at stake?

That sounds like a great idea and while I'm at it I'll go swap the KA(T)from my silvia converted 240sx into the Q wow someone is dependent on the abs system. You don't need abs its just there for the people that have too much of a led foot. Also I was thinking of removing the airbags lol.

Yes I'll get some pics posted I'm also doing a 5 speed swap into it mounted the clutch pedal just need to get a mater small enough to moun in between the firewall and the strut tower. I really don't want to cut the tower but if it comes to that I will. I'll get some pics up soon.
