Please please please do a search, it is very easy to find this info. In fact I have answered this question in other posts.

As for ABS, slam on your brakes and see if they lock up and you slide. Preferably in an empty parking lot or something. You probably don't have ABS though. If you do have ABS your wheels will not lock up.

the easiest way to see if u have LSD is to lift up the rear end of ur car and try to spin one of the wheels and if both wheels spin then yes LSD if not no LSD and there is an easier way... If you do a search there is a thread that tells you how to find out by lookin at the vin# and the letters/numbers that come after the vin number in your engine bay. search...

If your dashboard has that ABS light when you put your key on "ON" you have ABS

I would recommend 2 things for the lsd.... and neither of them is the tire spin method as this has been discussed as not quite right before by people who know....

There should be a sticker on the diff itself... it will indicate R200V or VLSD.

Not the vin, but the model number posted near the vin on the firewall..... here is a link to the check

and

[edit..... this wheel spinning method may work, but with all the dicussion on the matter, I would just assume use another method]

I have an even easier method.

Look at the leading edge of your rear quarter panels. If there is a sticker that say "Super Hicas" there in bold white letters, then you have ABS/VLSD, fo rilla.

If it's not there, 99% you don't have them. Unless the P/O swapped in another LSD and you happen to have one of the ultra-rare '93 240s with the ABS but no VLSD/HICAS (you could, in theory, get ABS without the other two, but dealers generally didn't package it that way.)

ABS test: next time it rains, find a safe place, and slam on the brakes.

LSD test: one tire in grass, other tire on pavement.

ABS: follow the brake lines from the master cylinder. If they all go to some sort of contraption with brakelines going in and out of it, you have ABS. If the brake lines go straight from the M/C to the brakes, you do not.

LSD: read my post here:http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....27147
