abs light stays on after starting

have a 95 nissan pu. abs light stays on after starting egine. how can I test sensor and where is the abs contol unit, book says right side under dash. all I see is a/c equipment. help?

I have a 97 Truck, but a 96 Service Manual - maybe it's the same system on the 95?

The control unit in the 96 Manual is under the driver's seat - but it looks like there's a check terminal under the dash near the fuse box. The manual says to ground one of the terminals and then count the number of flashes to find out where the problem is.

Like I said, I have no idea if your truck is the same... if any of this looks right, I'll try to walk you through - but you'll probably want to check with a parts counter or Nissan Tech. to see if the systems are the same before we start grounding connector pins and fry something important!
