ABS Light and sound on 92 300ZX TT

Yesterday the ABS light on the dash came on. When I turn the car off there is a whirring sound coming from the right wheel well. Any ideas what the problem is?

My ABS light is on too and cant get it to go off. Have you done the aiv delete, carbon canister? Does your car have hicas?

No, have not done anything other than call a mechanic. The card does not have hicas.
