Abs Code 22 Short Circuit

I had this code for the longest time and now I wanna tackle it because I literally have to pull out the fuse for the abs pump or else the abs kicks on and brakes lock up all on its own I wanna fix this problem so the abs is all good again what are your suggestions on how to fix this

I would start by measuring resistance across the two wires on the ABS sensor. There are specs in the manual. Resistance of zero, or close to zero, is a short. That is right front I think.

Also, look for road debris / filings on the nose of the sensor. Clean any junk off.

But if resistance is not in spec you will need to replace the sensor.
