ABS BRAKES WITH NON ABS MASTER CYLINDER "I NEED HELP NICO MEMBERS"

ok i removed the abs acuator off my 93 nissan 240sx.and i purchased a 90 brake master cylinder and booster...and i cant get my brake pedal to become firm ...so heres what i did..i had a left front non abs brake caliper and i installed it and then the pedal became firm as it should be...so why dosent the abs calipers work?can someone give me a brief readon why?

thats strange dont see why it wouldn't work. air bubbles maybe?
