ABS and AWD Dash Lights

We have a 2002 QX4 w 169k miles.

This morning I took a trip in it, and the ABS and AWD lights came on, pretty quickly after starting the truck.

I could not put it in AWD with the dash switch at that point.

When I restarted the truck about 2 hours later, the lights did not come back on, and I could put it in AWD via the dash switch.

Anything I should look for first?

I never had the lockout -- you will have to read the codes. It's not uncommon for the sensors to rust and fail -- had to do both of mine a while back.

I'll look into that. We're going to sell the Q soon, so I'll need to figure this out before we do that.
