Hello Team,

I am at a loss as I bought my Pathfinder a couple of weeks ago and I can't get the these light to go out. The ABS light is on but does not throw any codes. Checked and cleaned the sensors at the wheels. Controller appears to be fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, the 4WD light comes on after about 8-9 miles of driving. When I turn the car off, the light resets and I get two green rear wheels on the icon. It does not shift into 4WD though with the switch. Ideas? It stays in two wheel drive. Is it a switch issue? Transmission issue? :gotme

Any links from the forum? Couldn't find a discussion. Would love to hear from you...

For abs:

Do you have enough brake fluid in your reservoir? Mine came on when I was low on fluid once.

For 4WD:

Mine does the same thing. It drives me nuts. It happens no matter if the vehicle is in 2wd, auto, or 4wd.

Its an LE.

Reservoir is full. Have to find a reader that can read the code. Im at a loss. I read somewhere on her where I can do a diagnostic with certain pn/off sequences with key. Anyone point me to the correct thread?

The LE will always be in 2wd unless you move the control switch to the 4wd setting -- in auto it will only go into 4wd on a slip situation and will come out shortly after. The path is old school 4wd .. it's not able to drive on dry roads in 4wd.

do you have the manual?

No - I don't have the manual.Tried to find one online, but not having any luck.

I'm getting the amber 4WD light on the dash - from what I can gather so far is that it stems from the ABS light. When the 4WD light comes on, I can't get it to go in to 4WD with the switch.
